Phone returns: Phones may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Standard returns have a $35 restocking fee for used or pre-owned phones and a $50 restocking fee for new phones.

30-day device warranty: Device defects not caused by misuse are covered for 30 days. Options include a refund, an exchange for another device, or an upgrade to a higher-priced device by paying the price difference. No restocking fee applies to covered device problems.

Accessories: Returns are accepted within 7 days only if the accessory is unopened and in the same original condition as when purchased. Opened accessory sales are final.
